Terms and Conditions

1. Using Microlens

  • You must be able to legally use online services in your country.
  • You agree not to use Microlens for illegal or abusive purposes.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms.

2. Accounts and Access

  • You need an account to use Microlens.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • If you delete your account, all of your data (including site analytics data) will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • MicroLens offers a free trial. After the trial ends, if no valid payment method is added, your subscription will be cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and it will not renew afterward.
  • Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
  • Refunds are not available, except if MicroLens itself terminates the service while you have an active subscription.

4. Data and Privacy

  • Microlens does not claim ownership of the analytics data collected from visitors; it belongs to the customer using Microlens on their own site.
  • Microlens only stores and displays analytics for you. We do not process or use your data for any other purpose.
  • We collect account information (such as name, email) for login and billing purposes.

5. Availability and Changes

  • We try to keep Microlens online and working, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We may change or improve the service over time.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • Microlens is provided “as is,” with no warranty.
  • We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or costs that may come from using (or not being able to use) Microlens.

7. Ending the Service

  • We may stop providing Microlens at any time. If that happens and you have an active subscription, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused time.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Your local laws may also apply.
